Sales
Horses for sale generally come to my barn for training board in order to be prepared for sale. At time of sale, I make 10% commission on sale price. I have many connections across eventing, show jumping, and pony club, and the central location of our barn makes sales efficient.
Training
Training board costs $1200 per month, which includes full care and 5 rides per week. We have indoor and outdoor arenas, show jumps, and a cross country field that we use for training. We also have access to hundreds of acres of trails for hacking out. Ema also specializes in backing three-year-olds.
Clinics and Lessons
Lessons are $70 ($60 for Pony Clubbers).
Clinic fee is $1200 per day plus travel costs.
